Singapore offers tailor-made visas for those intending to set up business and relocate to Singapore. The EntrePass is for a foreign entrepreneur who is ready to start a new company/business and will be actively involved in the operation of the company/business in Singapore.
As of 28 Sept 2008, the EntrePass visa requirements have been changed to cater to genuine entrepreneurs intending to use Singapore as their spring board.
Note: Businesses not of an entrepreneurial nature will not be considered for an EntrePass.

Can I apply Passes for Family Members ?
Depending on the pass type issued, the EntrePass holders will be permitted to apply for the following passes upon the approval of their EntrePass:

New Changes
EntrePass applicants will be assessed on their economic strengths based on contributions they can make in terms of total business spending and their ability to employ local staff.
The new conditions and requirements are as follows:
Company Setup
Conditions for EntrePass applications:
- Company must be registered as a Private Limited Company
- Applicant to hold at least 30% shareholding in the company
- Company must have at least S$50,000 paid-up-capital
- Company must not be registered for more than six months at the point of EntrePass application.
Please note that for EntrePass approval and subsequent renewals will be based on the company’s performance. More specifically, the criteria for renewals are as follows:
