Foreigners who currently residing overseas or in Singapore can setup a Singapore company and apply for their work pass to operate their local company operation. To apply for your Employment Pass, you will need to setup a Singapore Private Limited Company.

To be considered for an Employment Pass, a foreigner must have a minimum fixed monthly salary of at least $2,500, and possess one or more of the followings:

• acceptable diploma/degrees
• professional qualifications
• specialist skills
• relevant work experience.
